1. DELIVERY 

The delivery of orders is no later than 7 working days, through a private courier and to the address provided during the purchase process.

We offer free postage for purchases.

Free delivery will only be applicable for orders made in the Peninsula EXCLUDING Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and Europe, in these cases the customer will have to pay for all costs generated from shipping including customs duties, if this was necessary ( 200 € maximum). The order will only be shipped once the customer has previously authorized and paid all shipping costs.

For COD payments, the transit agency applies an additional fee of 4% of the purchase value with minimum 3 € for the collection service.

 

2. ORDERS

They are considered delivered when the customer signs the receipt of the goods. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the status of packages for damages and anomalies in the material or whether the products do not match what he ordered.

 

 

3.ORDER CANCELLATION AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

3.1.ORDER CANCELLATION

The buyer may cancel his order before delivery by writing to info@eccox.co.uk or phoning our Customer Service to 902 918 144.

The buyer will receive the a full refund excluding shipping costs if there were nay and the product was already in transit, this can be checked with the product's tracking number. The amount of the purchase will be paid no later than 10 days after the cancellation of the order.

Shipping costs will depend on the type of product that has been purchased:

Mattresses and rest equipment 50€

Bed accessories and Pillows 10€

Toppers 30€

These shipping costs apply in the event that the order is rejected at the time of delivery. In this case, the full cost of the product/s will be refunded except for the shipping or delivery costs.

3.2.RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

What is the right of withdrawal?

It is the right that the consumer has to return an item he has purchased within the statutory period of 14 calendar days without having to plead or give any explanation; this is what is known as Right of Withdrawal.

In compliance with current regulations you are entitled to this right, except in cases where due to the nature of the product, the Law explicitly excludes it:

-Products which due to hygiene reasons cannot invoke the right of withdrawal, such as mattresses, pillows and bedding.

- Customised or tailored made products.

- Products with special measures, i.e. more than 160 cm wide and 200 cm long.

In other cases you may cancel your order within 14 calendar days after the receipt of the product.

Eccox reserves the right to request photographic material to the user of the goods in question to verify their status.

The return of the products must be made in their original packaging, in perfect condition and without being used. No later than 10 days after receipt of the return, Eccox agrees to refund the amount of your order.

Products which due to hygiene reasons are considered unlikely to be returned, can only be given back if they haven't been unsealed.

Eccox agrees to bear the costs of shipping and return in case of a defective product or an error in the order. If the customer causes are subjective reasons, we will not refund shipping costs and the customer will bear the cost of returning the product.
